How to avoid cavitation in cryogenic liquid pumps

Cryogenic liquid pumps are special pumps used to transport cryogenic liquids (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid hydrocarbons, liquefied natural gas, etc.). In petroleum, air separation, and chemical plants. In air separation, it is mainly used to transport liquid products, such as liquid oxygen pumps, liquid nitrogen pumps, and liquid argon pumps.
Cryogenic liquid pumps often experience cavitation during use. How to avoid this phenomenon and prevent the gasification of internal gas?
In order to prevent the cryogenic liquid pump from vaporizing, the following methods can be used:

Increase the suction head of the pump:
1. Increase the aspect ratio of the liquid and install the storage tank at a higher height. According to experience, the foundation of the storage tank should be about 1m higher than the pump.
2. Increase the working pressure of the storage tank according to the supercharger.
Note the following on the cryogenic liquid pump tubing:
1. The Liquid inlet pipe should keep a short circuit as far as possible, and the "U" shape bending should be prevented in the pipe.
2. The Liquid inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe should have appropriate pipe diameters, the water flow rate of the substance should be kept within the range required by the standard, and the frictional resistance of fluidity should be reduced as much as possible.
3. In addition to the required total, the number of connectors, elbows, and gate valves in the pipeline should be avoided as much as possible.
4. The Liquid inlet pipe should be insulated as much as possible.
5. Fix the outriggers where the gate valves, pipes, and pipelines are fixed, that is, in the area where the liquid will boil.
